I have over 15 years of experience working in the Visual Effects, Video Game and Feature Animation industries. Clients include Industrial Light and Magic, Tippett Studios and Dreamworks Animation. At these companies I have worked on projects such as Avatar, Iron Man 1&2, Transformers 1-3, The Matrix sequels, Killzone 2, Battlefield 2142, The Croods, Turbo and many more.
Aside from my 3D art, I have experience as an entrepreneur. In 2004, I co-founded Massive Black Inc., a well known entertainment design studio based in San Francisco, California. While at Massive Black, I wore many hats but primarily served as Executive Producer for the studio. Under this role I helped manage the 3D department in the San Francisco and Shanghai offices and created a successful DVD art training program for Massive Black and ConceptArt.org.
My recent venture is Mold3D, a company dedicated to artists who share an interest in 3D printing, digital fabrication of products and design. My primary role has been creating educational projects that include live workshops and an online school; Mold3D Academy as well as our artist marketplace; Mold3D Shop.
I also have experience organizing and participating in successful 3d Art workshops in the United States and recently, co-produced a workshop with the Siggraph chapter in Bogota, Colombia.
